I require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation of appointments. If you do not cancel with 24 hours notice, you will be charged the hourly fee.
If you have a personal or family health emergency, I will not charge for a late cancellation notice.

If you have an emergency, and need to reach me, please leave me a message indicating the urgency of your call. I check my email and voice mail messages regularly. If you are unable to reach me contact your doctor, police, nearest hospital or outpatient clinic as appropriate.
